Moshe is qualified Business accountant in practice, and hold both SAIBA license (South African institute of business accountant) and SAIT License (South African Institute of Tax professionals). In addition he holds a H Dip in Taxation from (Unisa).
Moshe has been involved in Finance for over 21 years and has wealth of experience as a Financial Manager and a Financial Director.
Moshe became a Financial Manager of a large FMCG Corporation, he then moved into the Non-profit
sector, where he was a Financial Director of a large private school.
Moshe is now the CFO of a large
private ATM business in New York as well as the Managing Director of MBZ and Associates.

Steven Firer was born in Durban South Africa. He is a research fellow at the University of the Free State in the School of Accountancy. Steven is the author of several accredited journal articles. His research interests are audit fees, mandatory audit firm rotation and audit reform. Steven has five degrees and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 after serving 2 years in the South African Air Force.
Steven played 7 test matches for the South African indoor soccer team.
He was previously a professor at Rhodes University, University of the Witwatersrand, and Monash University. He obtained his doctorate in business administration from the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2003. His paper on Intellectual capital and traditional measures of corporate
performance has been cited 1 760 times.
